A perfect mantel for any rock, brick, cultured stone, tile or barn board backed wall. But, also nice on a stand-alone wall with your decor touches atop. The color is super nice, the rustic characters superb and one-of-a-kind; most Mother-nature-made: knots, nice mantel ends, nail holes, and mill saw marks. This one was rip cut from a larger beam, one that had been about 12 inches deep. Comes from an 1800's lumber mill building that was located near Stillwater, Minnesota; just a short stroll off the St. Croix River there. Please click the photos for some close-ups.
